Legal Manager
Mô tả công việc
- Advise and handle with legal and compliance requirements on R&D, production, import and export activities (projects/subsidiaries) in Vietnam and abroad;
- Coordinate with relevant departments in issuing internal rules and regulations on the company's operations;
- Monitor production/business activities, warning of violations/risks, consulting on arising legal issues;
- Draft and manage corporate legal documents and shareholder relations;
- Prepare and control contracts, agreements, other legal documents;
- Classify and advise on plans to establish appropriate rights for each type of object of intellectual property rights of the company and its affiliated companies in Vietnam and abroad;
- Advise plans to exploit intellectual property assets to optimize the benefits.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Ability to work in both Vietnamese and English;
- Having a solid legal knowledge base;
- Having legal experience in the fields like production, import and export, electronics, technology, trade, foreign investment, finance, intellectual property;
- Having experience in technology transfer, High-tech enterprises and projects, production-export enterprises;
- Having knowledge of software and technology products;
- Having knowledge and experience in process building, operating management;
- Having more than 3 years of working as corporate in-house counsel (priority is in the fields of manufacturing, electronics, technology, trade, and investment); more than 1 year as a manager; Having a lawyer card is an advantage.
