Mô tả công việc
- Review the validity, proposals for drafting, modifying internal regulations, contracts, agreements or other documents of Company as required
- Provide consultation for the cases requiring legal opinions, activities to deploy, execute.
- Counsels for Management the evaluation and consideration of the implementation of internal regulations, contracts, agreements, investment, payments or other documents relating to business activities of the Company.
- Review the internal governing documents, contracts, or other documents before submission to Management.
- Update, disseminate information new legal documents relating to the Company business;
- and propose to apply to internal contracts, agreement of the Company with partners to follow the law, in order to prevent and minimize risks for the Company.
- Propose and evaluate sample legal processes, procedures, and sample contracts to be used for the Company’s business activities.
- Assist sales and operations departments in dealing with legal aspects of business contracts with customers.
- Propose, evaluate necessary internal regulations related to the organization, operation and management of the Company

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Excellent experience in project management and working to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Experience of the retail environment and experience in new store openings.
- An understanding of the value of brands and the ability to communicate brand values.
- Experience in managing training, mentoring and supervising new team members.
- Proven track record in sales and relationship development.
- An established track record in meeting deadlines, achieving KPI’s and new store openings.
- Flexible approach to work, working weekends and out of hours will be required at times.
- Knowledge of social media.
- Ideally the candidate will be highly driven with a strong work ethic to match the culture and values of the organisation.
- Fluency English
- At least 5 years of working experience as Manager level.
