Mô tả công việc
➢ Working closely with functional departments in providing legal advice on matters, projects. transactions, daily/strategy activities of the company to its Legal Manager and such departments to ensure the smooth and responsive business operations via legal regulation compliance and requirements from internal and external parties;
➢ Being responsibilities for drafting templates of contracts, policies, internal regulations, standard terms and conditions regarding the company’s operation;
➢ Participating in legal proceedings to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company (including presenting the Company in negotiations, dispute resolutions, arbitration, and/or litigation processes with authorities and other external parties);
➢ Updating and training legal documents, seminar related to the Company's operation;
➢ Analyzing and evaluate all potential risks including legal and commercial risks, eventually proposing solutions towards the relevant legal risks and corporate issues;
➢ Taking a leading role, alongside the Legal Manager in determining the legal direction and strategy of the business and the assigned works.
➢ Other tasks may be assigned by Legal Manager from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male / Female: <30 years old;
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Certified Lawyer;
• Master's degree is advantageous;
• Proficiency in English (4 skills) and in office software;
• Working experience: At least 05 years in the legal field, priority for those who have worked in corporate legislation;
• Logical thinking and good interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, careful, honest, high responsibility;
• Work well under high pressure on both timeline and workload;
• Good at working in team and individually.
