Job Description:
• Prepare and submit legal documents in various jurisdictions, including but not limited to the US, Singapore, UK, and other relevant regions.
• Assist in the filing and registration of documents related to intellectual property, and other legal matters.
• Conduct legal research to gather information on relevant procedures, regulations, and case law.
• Assist in providing legal advice and support to clients on matters related to intellectual property, contract law and other legal areas.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal templates.
• Interact with state agencies, as needed, to facilitate the legal processes, document filings, and compliance requirements.
• Support the team as requested by the manager.

About The Candidate:
• No experience required.
• Strong research skills, with a preference for candidates who have experience or demonstrated interest in the field of cryptocurrency or fundraising.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer proficiency: MS Office applications.
• 4th-year student or graduate in Law, especially the major in business law or international commercial law at Hanoi Law University, Faculty of National University Law, Foreign Trade University, National Economics University,...
• Good English is a must.
• 02 Legal interns.
