- Monitor and track regulatory news and developments, analyze their impact on the industry & business of company to support management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
- Advising the operational and functional departments in all areas of law (advertising, commercial, competition, corporate, IT, IP, data privacy, employment and property, …)
- Provide effective risk management techniques and offer accurate and valuable advices/ solutions on legal matters or disputes.

- Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential legal issues and propose strategies, legal advices to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
- Build up commercial legal framework, standardize, develop, review, negotiate and manage all commercial and procurement contract, legal documents/minutes in High Standard and in bilingual (English and Vietnamese); complete necessary arrangements to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations within the concerned jurisdictions and protect the company’s interest;
- Supporting the business on post-contract related matter arising from the collaboration, partnership, dealership, customer (individual / enterprise) and / or procurement agreements including but not limited to extension of the contract duration, change of scope of works, dispute with the vendor, supplier, dealer demand against vendor / supplier on late delivery or non-performance
- Provide legal advice on new business model or special issue; Detect and advise to prevent legal risks arising during operations and activities of the company.
- Supporting new business initiatives from a legal perspective including licensing requirements (related to investment, establish/modify the branch/business location, registration of intellectual property, corporate legal, …)
- Develop legal awareness, deliver training, provide legal advice, guidance, assistance in customer claims and maintaining legal standard and compliance with applicable laws.

- At least 5 years of working experience as Legal (law firm experience is preferable)
- Graduate from University of Law, University of Economics and Law. Bachelor ‘s Degree in Law of Business/Economic/Commercial (in Good rating or above)
- Good verbal and written communication skill; in writing, directly & on telephone. Good command of written English is a must.
- Present a good knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations applicable to business / tech field.
- Meticulous and pay attention to details. Careful thought, Open-mind and service mindset.
- Flexible and hard-working, with a can-do attitude, practical and solution driven; ability to implement and execute identified opportunities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, time management.
- Ability to rapidly digest and distill complex issues and formulate strategy/responses.
- Ability to establish, exploit and influence effective networks at all levels.
- Confident, persuasive individual capable of managing and resolving difficult situations.
- Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
