Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Account Planning & Execution
  - Develop and implement customer business plans aligned with company strategies.
  - Manage sales planning, coverage, assortment, promotion, and in-store activities.
  - Lead customer negotiations based on approved plans.
  - Oversee new product launches and relaunches.
- Trade Investment & Promotion Management
  - Ensure effective trade spend and implementation of promotions and merchandising.
  - Manage customer collaboration plans and ensure flawless in-store execution.
- Project & People Management
  - Lead and coordinate TDM, Sales, PG teams with clear KPIs and guidelines.
  - Negotiate favorable terms for projects and activities.
- Excellence in Execution
  - Achieve/exceed sales, coverage, and distribution targets.
  - Propose and align sales and coverage plans proactively.
  - Handle consumer complaints and operational issues effectively.
- Operational Quality
  - Ensure product availability, visibility, and in-store execution meet standards.
  - Maintain stock levels and display compliance.
  - Solve day-to-day operational problems promptly.
- Leadership & Team Development
  - Drive category growth and sales objectives.
  - Set outlet-level targets and manage performance of TDMs/Sales/PGs.
  - Provide coaching and training to sales team.
- Market Insights & Reporting
  - Conduct regular store visits, monitor account performance, and analyze market trends.
  - Ensure timely, accurate reporting of sales, competition, and execution.
  - Open new accounts/outlets and oversee field operations.
  - Ensure KPI and sales target achievement through effective trade program execution

Yêu cầu ứng viên

University degree in Business Administration, Communication.
Female/Male from 22 age.
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
At least 3 - 4 years of experience as KAM

Time work from Monday to Saturday.
