Mô tả công việc

Supervise and prepare periodic financial reports (P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.) in accordance with accounting standards (VAS, IFRS).
Establish, implement, and monitor accounting processes, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with regulations related to taxation, finance, audit, and other legal requirements.
Develop short-, mid-, and long-term financial plans, ensuring feasibility and cost-efficiency.
Work directly with the Board of Directors to design fundraising strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.
Participate in the preparation of fundraising materials such as pitch decks, business plans, data rooms, and company valuations.
Liaise directly with investors, developers, financial institutions, and funding organizations to raise capital, secure financing, and explore strategic partnerships.
Analyze investment opportunities, M&A projects, build financial models, and assess investment performance (NPV, IRR, ROI, etc.).
Manage working capital and monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure liquidity for operations and investment activities.
Develop annual/quarterly budgets, track budget execution closely, and optimize costs.
Train and lead the finance and accounting team to improve performance and professional capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure financial objectives align with overall business strategy.
Oversee all financial activities related to payroll, bonuses, employee benefits, and related disbursements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or investment; candidates with prior experience in team leader or mid-management roles are preferred.
Preference for candidates with experience working at investment funds, financial advisory firms, in M&A, or who have successfully participated in fundraising activities.
In-depth knowledge of financial, accounting, tax, and audit regulations (VAS/IFRS).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when dealing with investors, banks, and financial partners.
Strong skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving.
Strategic mindset, transparent leadership style, and high standards of professional ethics.
Proficient in accounting software and digital financial tools.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
Have personal laptop.
