- CONTRACTS: Review , draft and negotiate contracts timely and effectively. Provide useful advice to improve the contracts and mitigate risks.
- LEGAL REQUESTS: Provide timely and practical advice that addresses and clears concerns of other divisions of the Company.
- COMPLIANCE: Revise, adopt internal policies and regulations. Implement compliance training plan and improve compliance awareness.
- ADMINISTRATION: Support the processes relating to Company licenses, BOD, POA, reports, etc.
- OTHER AD-HOC ASSIGNMENTS : Liaise with external lawyers; Represent the Company to work with Government agencies and other parties upon request; Update all new laws and regulations that may have impacts on the Company’s business and operation.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from a Law University or hold a degree in law.
- 4+ years of experience handling the similar tasks in a foreign invested company or in a law firm.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese (TOEIC 750 or better).
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to manage conflicts and juggle multiple tasks.
- Hard working, careful and enthusiastic with high sense of responsibility.
