Immigration Consultant (Inhouse)

As an Immigration Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting prospecting activities to identify potential clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events (if any).
- Consulting clients in the appropriate immigration program (training will be provided).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Providing clients with information on immigration services, including helping them understand the immigration process and what types of services are available to them.
- Collaborating with documents processing team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service possible.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to clients.
- Tracking and reporting on sales activities and results.
- Report to Business Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
- Prior sales experience in the legal or immigration field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday morning (or assigned by Company)
