The HSE Executive will manage and oversee the HSE to achieve operational objective for factory in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. He/she has overall responsibility for managing Safety, Health & Environment improvement activities to achieve excellence at the site level

Detailed role and responsibilities

• Be responsible to prepare for audit from external parties by maintaining across all departments to ensure is implemented fully and effectively in compliance with HSE Viet Nam requirement, OHSAS 18001 and other customer's requirements
• Responsible to implement and control the Olam HSE management system in plant. Priority to critical issues in risk mapping and mitigation action.
• Responsible to do weekly inspections with Supervisors/ Managers to areas in the plant and monitor to close safety issues in manner timely
• Cooperate to do investigate incidents and follow up with Line Managers to complete corrective action, preventive action and communicate lesson learn
• Responsible of HSE training program to compliance the local requirements and plant’s requirement. Planning and coordinator training course for improving HSE competences and awareness
• Control contractor safety activities in plant and Project site.
• Consolidate data and report on time as required.
• Support HSE to plantation when required.

- Education: University degree: Bachelor’s degree: Engineering or Equivalent with additional experiences in HSE management system.
- Language/ computer proficiency: Competent communication in Business English is required.

• Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills.

- Technical: Teamwork player and coordinative skills; must be able to work with diverse team members.

- Experiences:

• At least 3+ years of relevant work Experience in manufacturing or related field is preferred
• Good knowledge of local occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
