Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
1. Screening resumes
2. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
3. Performing reference and background checks
4. Making recommendations to company hiring managers
5. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
6. Following up on the interview process status
7. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
8. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
9. Completing timely reports on employment activity
10. Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or above,
2. Seniority & Experience: More than 3 years of working in electronic factory recruiting management
3. Major: Business/Management related departments
