Job Summary:
- The head of HR is responsible for supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Strategies and Operation
- Proposing human resource strategy including human resource development strategy, salary bonus & recruitment, training to the Board of Directors.
- Review, approve, and submit to the board of directors about HR policies. Guide and supervise HR team in the implementation of the established policies.
Organizational Development
- Developing & Optimizing company organizational structure.
- Establishing a formation of Job Level, Job Title, and competence dictionary.
- Establishing and deploying Performance management process/ KPI.
- Establishing and developing Succession planning, Talent Mapping.
- Designing and supervising Employee Engagement Survey, Employee Satisfaction Survey.
Recruitment & Training
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Review recruitment needs, plan manpower and oversee recruitment campaigns. Participate in the selection of senior positions.
- Approve salary package for assigned level.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Total Reward
- Monitors the job market, the modern trends in the compensation and finds the best practice for the implementation in the organization
- Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies
- Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
- Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
Employee Relation & Working Environment
- Nurture a positive working environment as VTA’s core values.
- Strengthen the employer-employee relationship through resolving workplace issues.
- Handling discipline at senior management levels or important cases
- Review, approve company activities plan such as company trip, team building, yearend party, etc.
- Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
Social, environment accountability & Other
- Training team in social and environmental issues material to our company or its mission
- Incorporate explicitly social and environmental performance with department operation
- Review performance formally incorporate social and environmental issues
- Other tasks assigned by CEO
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 10+ years' experience in HRM
- Understand Retail , A Candidate from Retail background is preferred
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
