JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Collect and validate payroll data (attendance, OT, allowances, deductions)
- Manage social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes
- Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) declaration and finalization
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of payroll data
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, documentation, final settlements)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Administer employee benefits (leave tracking, insurance, allowances, etc.)
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
- Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening CVs, coordinating interviews)
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus activities when needed
- HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR database and personnel records
- Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, payroll, attrition, etc.)
- Provide data support for internal analysis and decision-making
- Employee Engagement & Policy Implementation
- Support internal communication and engagement activities
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure consistent application of company policies
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in HR General
- Good understanding of labor law, payroll, and insurance practices in Vietnam
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (especially with numbers and data)
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to handle confidential information
