Mô tả công việc

Identifying training and development needs in company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and human resources department.
Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and devising a training strategy for the company.
Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the company and the individual.
Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in company.
Evaluate training and development programmes
Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.
Define, designs, develops and implements appropriate short and long term plans focused on learning, organizational and career development strategies, program and processes.
Assists Human Resources Manager with developing individualized coaching plans to help build leadership and address developmental opportunities.
Develop short and long-term training and development strategies and corresponding execution plan aligned to overall company’s needs.
Conduct the recruitment activities
Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and maintain secrecy on issues related to MAP

Other duties

Be a contact to company employee
Other tasks as assigned by TOM

Knowledge and education level:

University graduation related field
Knowledge of Human resources Management

Skills

Good comment in English (4 skills)
Good at communication,
Planning and management skills
Able to approach the others, patient, dedicating to job
Experience : At least 5 years exp. in the same post
