*Reports Directly To : Human Resources Director
JOB SCOPE
Responsible for recruiting/employment, employee relations, employee recognition programs and training for employees. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company’s initiatives, and promote a positive employee culture. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matter.
* MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
1. Recruitment:
- Handle the wide contact with the recruiting agents/universities/other sources and coordinate with them on providing info or advertisements where’s necessary for effectively obtaining candidates for vacancies in HN and HCMC if requested;
- Set up the talent pool through the university/college sources as well as the potential candidate bank in the companies/competitors in the insurance market.
- Select CVs, arrange schedule for interviews
- Conduct an English test for candidates and record results
- Produce the necessary docs for recruitment procedures
2. Learning and Development:
- Analyze and submit the yearly training plan/proposed budget for the whole company based on updated Learning & Development model guided by the Regional
- Closely coordinate with department heads on the annual training program, design the specific training program for each department and implement them. Keep update the training requests raised by department heads and propose solutions/actions plan to these requests.
- Keep records on all kind of training in the company or with company staff’s involvement.
- Set up close contacts and coordinate with reputable trainers/ training units within the Insurance industry (inside and outside Vietnam) in order to maximize the training resources/efficiency to the company.
- Facilitate arranging training courses/classes registrations or administration formalities filling-up for the company staff’s participation
- Participate in training process as trainer when required by the management for orientation/ soft skills when/where necessary.
- Provide info on training offers/training related activities available in the country
3. Employee Communications Counseling:
- Coordinate staff social activities, including annual company trip, team building, employee birthday, etc.
- Provide advice to employees in relation to work and personal matter as appropriate.
- Deals with all problems relating to individuals in an understanding, caring and confidential manner
4. Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of local laws on HR and Administration related issues
- Facilitate the development and implementation of the Company's Business Continuous Plan
- Perform other similar tasks and/or projects assigned from time to time by the Country Human Resources Director.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Education : University graduate or above
* Experience : Minimum 4 to 5 years in Human Resources with the same position
* Others: Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Experience in the development and delivery of training programmes
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to initiative and manage projects
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
