Market Research & Expansion
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and expand the company's reach in current markets.
- Focus on both horizontal expansion (targeting new regions/countries) and vertical growth (increasing user acquisition and improving brand visibility within existing markets).
Community Management & Engagement:
- Build and nurture the community across various social media platforms, communication channels, and group chats.
- Organize online events, tournaments, and other activities to engage community members and increase participation.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and share engaging content for the community.
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Plan, promote, and execute virtual events and tournaments to grow community involvement and drive brand awareness.
- Engage community members through interactive events and monitor their feedback to improve future activities.
Data-Driven Decisions:
- Track and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and event success.
- Analyze feedback and community behavior to improve engagement strategies and optimize growth plans.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the crypto industry or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of crypto markets, trends, and community-building strategies.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Galxe, social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with a global, diverse audience.
- Event Management: Experience organizing online events, webinars, and tournaments is a plus.
- Passion for Crypto: A deep interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for research and self-improvement.
