Ecommerce Operation Specialist
Mô tả công việc
- Build, deploy, control E-commerce business operation processes. Coordinate to optimize operating procedures between E-commerce departments
- Architect and build reports that measure operations excellence, mainly for customer service, payments, warehouse, production, and logistics
- Analyze & optimize operating indicators and provide cross function improvement plans in collaboration with team leads to bring operations excellence
- Point of contact for feature improvement to improve the traceability and the efficiency of actions performed inside of systems by warehouse, and logistics
- Manage relationship with third party companies (packaging, storage, logistics, payment gateway) in terms of quality, timeliness, and pricing of services
- Monitor e-commerce cost centers and provide cross function improvement plans to further improve the profitability of e-commerce operations
- Report directly to Ecommerce Manager
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 - 4 years of experience in E-commerce operation or related that have at least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Knowledge of operating E-commerce business
- Knowledge of debt management, fulfillment, logistics, customer services
- Excellent project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional data management skills, SQL is a plus
- Strong ability to investigate problems at hand, dive deep to the root cause of a problem, find systematic gaps, support it with analytical data and finally address the issue
- Result oriented, strong commitment to deliver expected outputs
- Skills of assigning, coordinating, and controlling work
