Ecommerce Market Places Specialist

- Deploy the distribution of display products and promotions on the Maison Online SIS/Stand-alone shop of Maison Online in Market Places.
- Develop monthly promotional/sales plans with Head of eCommerce/Product Planning Manager that create and drive revenue, traffic, and category growth.
- Execute and coordinate promotion events including scheduling, product selection, copywriting, identifying product focus, seasonality, conversion, and user engagement strategy.
- Identifying proper promotion programs for Marketplace products categories and key merchandising lines, includes all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with designer, promotion, digital marketing, and brand team to ensure the goal of promotions/sales events are met.
- Conduct marketing research to ensure the products listed are competitive with among sellers in the market places.
- Collaborate with Market Places Account team to create event pages, promotion codes, and gift cards via system for any promotional purpose.
- Manage weekly product selection and placement on mobile and PC sites.
- Leverage internal data and external trends to create a cohesive category strategy. Recognize and recommend opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in an ecommerce marketing or merchandising role.
- Experience in fashion retail is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics and Photoshop is plus.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Ability to pay attention to details at work.
- Multitasking, prioritizing work to ensure the deadline.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with an ability to influence where required achieving desired outcomes.
