- The Design Manager shall lead all design management, manage all consultants, reviews and coordinates all stages of design development from feasibility, conceptual stage up to award of the main construction contract. This includes review, monitor, work closely with all consultants as well as various in-house units and follow up on design related issues throughout design development stages of various projects with aim to achieve timely completion within budget and desirable quality. The Design Manager shall also, in relation to all relevant consultants, advise the site team on design related issues during construction.
- Take a lead in all design management issues.
- Manage all consultants, reviews and coordination of all stages of design development inclusive of Architecture, MEP, C&S, ID, Landscape, Lighting, Facade Design, etc.
- Reviews and coordinating of all stages of design development from feasibility, conceptual stage up to award of the main construction contract.
- Perform other tasks related.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated with bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design.
- Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel, MS Project and Power Point, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- English communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local building regulations, good practices and local materials.
- Good knowledge in management especially on interior design, planning and coordination aspects.
- Good leadership and communication skills with strong ability to lead and negotiate.
- Good interpersonal skills and team player with strength in coordination with various parties.
- Good presenter inclusive of good skill in preparation of presentation materials.
- Active and good skills in teamwork, management and leadership skills, capable to work under pressure.
- 7 - 10 years working experiences with at least 5 years in consultancy company.
