- As the creative Director, you own the creation and the execution of the creatives for all Maison’s brands portfolio as well as all content across platforms, in order to maximize awareness and brand positioning

* Responsibilities
- Stay on top of all social, media, and fashion trends so we are always on-trend or avant-garde
- Define the various visual guidelines needed by the execution team, or external teams to execute the most relevant and highest quality imagery, video, or digital content
- Oversee the execution and ensure quality standards are always met: act as the guardian of all visual touch points
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure we never run out of new content
- Constantly adapt and evolve based on customer feedback and data instead of following a single style or guideline

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Art or design, photography major
- 5+ years’ experience in design, visual content creation, photography, videography. Experience in Fashion retail is a plus
- Fabulous taste, sense of design and style
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison JSC
- Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done
