Mô tả công việc

Receive recruitment requirements, develop candidate profiles and recruitment plans for assigned positions.
Take direct ownership of recruitment for Senior, Manager, and above-management-level positions.
Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment platforms, and personal networks.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer → onboarding.
Build and maintain a Talent Pool for key and critical positions across the company.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess candidates, closely follow up on recruitment progress, and ensure hiring effectiveness.
Track recruitment metrics and data, and propose solutions to improve candidate sourcing quality and hiring success rates.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or In-house Recruitment.
Proven experience in directly recruiting for Senior, Manager, or above-management-level positions is required.
Proficient in sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment platforms, and professional communities.
Strong ability to source, assess, and identify candidate suitability for different roles.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, driven, and resilient, with the ability to find solutions independently when handling challenging-to-fill positions.
Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and analyze key recruitment metrics.
Work Location: CT3 Yen Hoa Park View Building, No. 3 Vu Pham Ham Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

Thời gian làm việc

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
