Mô tả công việc
- KPIs management & reporting.
- Overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Strictly follow internal processes: Blueseed CRM, Sales Pipeline, Weekly & Monthly Meeting.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Report directly to Business Development Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2+ years of working experience in Marketing/Advertising is required.
- Over 2+ years of working experience in agencies as Senior Business development/Senior Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills and well organized with good sense of responsibility.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, Zalo.
- Good strategic thinking and analytical and listening skills.
- Clear mindset, result oriented with passion for work.
- Experience in fast-paced work environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance & e-commerce planning is a plus.
