Find and collect information about potential business deals and analyzing market strategies.
Support in developing and negotiating contracts.
Research information related to the company’s project, business industry to identify the new trend and potential new markets.
Execute to make the site survey and land location study.
Manage the consultants and execute the activities related to the approval of the master plan, investment certificate, enterprise registration certificate, etc...

Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture.
Min 3 - 5 years experience in the land development field, project management related to real estate investment.
English skills: intermediate level in 4 skills (Listening, speaking, writing reading).
Can make, edit texts, documents, reports to government and province officials.
Soft skills: communication, presentation, teamwork, analytical thinking.
Computer skill (MS Office, CAD is preferred).
