Chuyên viên Nhân sự (HR Generalist - C&B)
Mô tả công việc
HR tasks:
• Compensation and Benefit: Administer payroll and benefits information and ensure timely return of information to centralized payroll processing. Handle related questions and issues from managers and employees.
• Monthly PIT & PIT finalization: process monthly PIT report, PIT finalization, invoice as regulated
• Compulsory Social Insurance and Healthcare insurance: Make monthly report of Social Insurance, register health insurance for new employees, close social insurance book for resigned employees, make SI claims for sickness and maternity, update laws on SI issues
• Recruitment: Working closely with HODs in recruitment process and conduct induction training, onboarding for new hires
• Employee profile management, Labor Contract management
• HR policy and compliance: Follow up compliance of HR policies in line with HAA operations, business strategies and Vietnam laws; review and proposal on revisions for improvements as necessary.
• Reports: in charge of all required reports
Other Admin tasks:
• Office admin including courier, office management, facility management; staff business travel; FOC requests; logistics for meetings, briefing and training
• Event support, union activities: staff birthday, wedding, funeral, monthly briefing, summer trips, team buildings if required.
• External relations - maintain relationship with local police, building security and local authorities

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years generalist HR, C&B experience, experience within the aviation industry is highly appreciated
• Proven ability to work with department/business line management levels from diverse backgrounds and building strong relationships.

• Ability to write and speak English and Vietnamese.
