To control and to analyze the variances between standard cost and actual cost
To drill down the variance structure of raw material/burden/labor, and to effectively & efficiently identify the root causes of such production variances
To actively work together with the Operation team and to provide a measurement tool to help them reduce cost and improve productivity.
To analyze the sales and the gross margin and to aid the sales team to pursue high potential gross margin clients.
To assist the Finance Manager in preparing the financial report analysis/budget, in keeping effective communication with Group Finance and in helping Group Finance understand the business situation, and control budget implementation in VAC.
To prepare the analysis report required by Group Finance
Help taking the inventory physical count at least once a year, follow up inventory control policies and investigate the variance between counted and booked

Ensuring compliance of financial policies and relevant PRC regulations
Control inventory item
An accounting work advisor to the financial manager on operational issues
Ensuring the accuracy of financial reports and providing related reports on schedule
Item master data including Part FG, material, machine, tool, PPE, fixed asset, service in SAP system
Follow with technical update BOM into system
Monitoring engineering BOM, production BOM and Routing on ERP.
Coordinate with all department to understand their request about master data
Analysis information to make sure we follow master data rule.
Manage update revised version
To ensure all estimate costing and costing to be accurate and precision.
To work with all projects to ensure understanding of total project cost budget allowances and target.
Piority preferred ACCA, CPA Australia, CPA Vietnam
