BIM MEP Leader Upto 25M

SOCOTEC VIETNAM is part of the growing Asia platform of SOCOTEC GROUP and works on projects in Asia as well as in support functions for European projects. We provide digital inspection, planning and maintenance solutions to our customers. We are currently expanding our employees for the digitalization of existing infrastructure. Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, the US, Spain and other SOCOTEC offices. For our office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a BIM MEP TEAM LEADER
Your Responsibility:
- Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing ...
- Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
- Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent;
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API...); Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap;
- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate Pro;
- Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred;
- Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology;
- Expertise in electrical or ventilation design;
- Able to communicate well in English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
