- Manage office administrative tasks, including filing, document handling, incoming/outgoing correspondence, contracts, and other paperwork.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating internal meetings, events, and conferences to ensure smooth operations.

- Take responsibility for office supplies procurement and asset management; work with vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Collaborate with other departments to handle human resources-related issues and manage administrative tasks.

- Monitor and update office expense reports, manage petty cash, and other financial expenditures.

- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to administration and human resources.

- Support leadership in daily tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and liaising with partners.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Daily reporting: Preparing and submitting daily reports on completed tasks.

- Monitoring security cameras: Regularly reviewing footage to ensure safety and order.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in related fields (Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.).

- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles or equivalent positions.

- Upper-intermediate English is a must

Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations flexibly.

- Capable of working independently and effectively within a team.

- Proactivity.
