- Handle General Office Administration for HN office including HR support, process correspondence, paper work and administration procedures ….in accordance with company policy
- Arrange transportation for staffs' business trip
- Purchase and monitor equipment, fix asset and stationery as required.
- Do Petty Cash job for Hanoi office and do payment voucher to office supplier
- Assist SCM for inventory control
- Perform other assigned duties as required
