Mô tả công việc
* Import implementation:
1. Prepare schedule for opening & payment L/C
2. Prepare L/C application and submit to Payable accountant for checking; Follow up with the bank to open L/C, get swift L/C or amendment (if any) and circulate to Purchasing and Shipping.
3. Follow incoming shipments. Preparing document for endorsement B/L or issuance of Shipping Guarantee. Get original documents from bank and pass to Shipping Dept. for opening Custom Declaration and clearing shipment.
4. Declare Margin Cargo Insurance for Import cargoes based on shipping documents and send to insurance company for issuing certificate (if any), invoice.
* Foreign Trade Payable
1. Check shipping documents for ensuring that it follow as order, match with receiving report in the inventory system and suitable with current law. Input in the Finance Oracle system in time and set up schedule payment exactly.
2. Record cargoes, services of import cargoes and process payment in Finance Oracle system.
Pass to payable accountant for checking.
3. End of month, update payment No. in bank link for Bank reconciliation.
* Reconciliation all accounts before 15th every month. Pass to AP accountant for reviewing.

2. 21115: Accepted Draft Payables
3. 21890: TK phai tra trung gian/AP clear

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Local Vietnamese aged above 22
- College/University graduation in the field of Accounting or equivalent
- Working experience is not required (preferable working experience related to account payable in manufacturing/FDI company)
- Satisfactory English communication
- Good computer skill
- Analytical skill, good communication, attention in detail, carefulness
