Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless user experience on desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies. Actively seek feedback and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction.
UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create visually appealing designs that align with Company's brand identity and enhance user experience.
Wireframe & Visual Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Ensure a consistent visual language across all platforms.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Software Lead Engineer, and Operational team to align design strategies with business goals and ensure seamless implementation.
User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing, and user interviews, to gain insights into user needs and preferences. Translate findings into actionable design improvements.
Design System Maintenance: Maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Software engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
A Passion for User Experience: You have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and can transform complex concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
Strong Visual Design Skills: A keen eye for typography, color, and layout, with the ability to create visually stunning designs.
A creative, out-of-the-box mindset – you love experimenting with new ideas.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You are proactive in identifying design challenges and proposing creative solutions.
Collaboration Skills: You thrive in a team environment, communicate clearly, and can incorporate feedback to improve designs.
A Keen Eye for Detail: You ensure pixel-perfect design implementation and maintain design consistency across all projects.
Strong Understanding of Front-End Development (HTML/CSS).
An outgoing, high-energy personality – you thrive on collaboration, teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in speaking & writing of English Language

Future value: develop machine learning application, work directly with an company in Singapore.
Competitive salary. Depending on ability. Salary from 700 to 1000 USD per month
Friendly and professional working environment.
Other allowances: 13th month salary, bonus and allowance
Social insurance according to State regulations after 3 months of probation.
Annual leave: 12 days off per year and State Public Holiday(s)
