We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in User Acquisition (UA) Marketing for our mobile apps. The ideal candidate will drive user growth through effective campaign planning and optimization, focusing on achieving strong ROAS, revenue KPIs, and app store visibility. This role involves close collaboration with product, creative, and development teams to deliver impactful mobile app acquisitions on a global scale.

• User Acquisition Planning and Execution:
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly UA plans for mobile apps, including performance evaluation and prediction.
  • Develop, manage, and analyze various UA channels to optimize ROAS and achieve revenue & profit KPIs.
  • Analyze and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Work closely with ad networks (Google, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, TikTok, AppLovin, etc.) representatives to plan and optimize campaigns.
• Creative and Product Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product and creative teams to produce high-quality ads (videos, banners, playable ads), test variations, and iterate based on performance data.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners and designers to analyze in-app user behavior, improve retention, and optimize monetization strategies.
  • Conduct market research for creative ideation, product improvement, competitor analysis, and staying updated on market trends and emerging UA opportunities

• Knowledge and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in User Acquisition for mobile apps/games.
  • Experience in cross-border selling, games, or app marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Firebase, MMP (Mobile Measurement Partners), and BI Tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or College degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Can communicate in basic English (written and spoken).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Can-do attitude, growth mindset, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, research, and adapt to new marketing trends and technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies and global market campaigns.

• Signing bonus equivalent to one month's salary for successful candidates joining in late 2025.
• Attractive salary range: 15,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND (negotiable based on experience). If you are manager level, salary range from 30mil to 50mil
