Mô tả công việc
1. Drive the sourcing strategy and lead the Sourcing Process for Direct material as well as indirect materials, services and CAPEX of Ariston Thermo Vietnam.
2. Responsible for achieving costs targets while meeting other objectives (E.g. Quality, Delivery and services etc...) and business needs.
3. Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans.
4. Manage supplier relationship & manage local contracts negotiation for specific suppliers.
5. Collect supplier performance reports and analyse suppliers cost, quality and delivery performances.
6. Identify operational/financial risks and develop mitigation plans.
7. Execute cost reduction projects.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree, have experience working in Foreign investment company.
2. Have experience & knowledge about finanical, technical.
3. Have experience working with both local and oversea business.
4. 5 years + working experiences in Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain management.
5. Familiar with Electrical & Electronic & Plastic & steel & carton,… component.
6. Familiar with SAP system, good presentation skills like .ppt, excel, words,…
7. Good at English.
