Mô tả công việc
1. Guest relation (Resident relation) Assistant being involve for looking after resident in each area assigned within the Estate of Ciputra Hanoi International City.
2. Communicate with resident to supply services and maintain good relation between the management and residents.
3. Perform office duties to support Guest Relation on all service area.
4. Monitor file and record in proper manner.
5. Communicated with other department to process and dealing with resident request.
6. Report directly to Guest relation officer.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 01 years experience.
- Good command of English skill.
- Open mind with good communication skill
- Education may be consideration
