Tuyển Supply Chain Manager
Mô tả công việc
* Process of purchasing and supplying goods;
- Buliding process of purchasing and supplying goods;
- Building plan for purchasing and supplying materials and goods to serve production and business activities and organize the warehouse management in the Company's production and business system;
- Building and managing transparent and systematic purchasing processes, workflows and policies. Ensure all purchasing activities follow the company's processes & operate effectively;
- Operating and managing employees of Purchasing Department, Warehouse Department according to the process to ensure goods are supplied in time for the company's operation;
* Managing purchasing system
- Searching for suppliers, build up business cooperation;
- Ensuring Purchasing team can work and negotiate with multiple suppliers to ensure beneficial terms and identify the best deals for the company;
- Evaluating the pros and cons of each item, based on price, quality, delivery speed and other factors;
- Trainning employees on the ability to negotiate, compare between suppliers;
- Managing Suppliers according to the company's process according to the criteria: capacity, product, delivery time, after-sales service, payment method, development potential;
- Checking the quality and suppling schedule of all input materials for production and business activities throughout the Company;
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure the best conditions for the company;
- Making timely payment proposals under contracts with suppliers;
* Managing warehouse system
- Managing and controlling all activities of importing - storing - exporting - inventorying goods, materials, tools and tools of the Company's warehouse system according to the process;
- Managing and controlling of input documents (Freight receipt, CO/ CQ...);
- Controlling inventory and collate with data on the system to ensure uniformity;
- Coordinating with suppliers and transport partners to build annual and monthly budgets;
- Monitoring and reporting key figures to reduce costs and improve efficiency;
- Analyzing data and have control strategies for risk issues;
- Reporting fully and timely as rule of company.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduation with major is Business Administration, Economic Management;
- At least 2 years experience in similar mangement roles (Manager level and above), preferably in F&B chain, Retail or FMCG industry;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Strong problem-solving and decision - making skills;
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
- Experience in management of budgets and forecasting;
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written essential.
