  • Handle recruitment process from general staff to supervisory level of employees covering new comer’s induction and following up in both probation and after probation period and give them HR supports.
  • Understand and analyze the overall needs and requirements which can support to be ready source of candidates.
  • Propose the right candidates to related customer by initial screening, telephone / personal interviews and arrange interviews with relative departmental leaders and respond the interview results to candidates.
  • Handle the entire joining process of the candidates. Conduct the 1st day induction to new employees.
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with universities /colleges / vocational school & other sources to get candidates.
  • Ensure to follow internal procedures to ensure its compliance
  • Partner with leader / department head to control headcounts and support on improving team’s performance as well as productivity; promotion and nomination plan: training plan, re-design JDs, monitor performance rating…
  • Monitor approved headcount during selection and recruitment process.
  • Handle Employee Relation and Recruitment activities: Staff meeting, feeling check, exit interview, Career day, Internship...
  • Regularly follow feeling checks with new employees and provide ideas which support related managers to retain them.
  • Be responsible for these activities such as documents/records/SOPs as coordinator to achieve audits in the company.
  • Cooperate with Staffing Manager to make weekly report such as recruitment update of Operations' areas.
  • Maintain a updated filing system for all documents in both soft & hard copies.
  • Handle HR projects
Yêu cầu công việc
  • University graduate.
  • Over 3 years’ experience of corporate recruitment especially mass recruitment in manufacturing field.
  • Proactive, honest, collaboration, carefully, detail and result oriented.
  • Experience on handling HR Projects / company events.
  • Experienced / Familiar with HRMS; QMS systems in term of involving internal audit and external audit activities.
  • Able to communication in English and do headcounts report.
