- Experience in managing website and social media accounts.
- Experience with engaging on social media to build brand awareness to generate sales leads.
- Monitor team daily tasks completion and sales activities making sure everyone meet sales targets.
- Oversee the overall sales and marketing activities and coordinate it with the manager.
- Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Monitor and engage with potential customers on social media.
- Understanding of branding and social media marketing best practices.
- Research social media trends and educate the team on new strategies.
- Assign and reassign team tasks as needed to manage overall workload.
- Monitor workflows and suggest new hires as needed
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
- Experience in B2B/B2C E-Commerce platforms such as: Alibaba, AliExpress, Amazon, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, creative and with an outgoing personality.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Knowledgeable on Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
