Mô tả công việc
- Find new prospects, update customer database
- Prepare weekly sales report: weekly & monthly sales report. Make regular reporting as requested by Management
- Prepare sales kits, documents, contracts related to department.
- Settle and satisfy customers’ requests within the authorized power
- Process and control department’s payment plan and record all expense.
- Support admin jobs for department.
- Follow up and collect market information, market demand, and customers’ feedback.
- Receive, record customer information/ feedback to relative person.
- Other responsibilities as assign by BOD or superior.
- Interpretation support by English with foreign staffs

- Good office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command in English
- Working under pressure and multi-task
- Organized & focus on details
