Tuyển Nhân Viên Xúc Tiến Thương Mại (Trade Marketing Executive)
Mô tả công việc
• Designing the yearly TM plans by KA (promo, sampling, secondary display, wobblers, cooking demo/event…) in line with Brand strategy, TM Strategy and budget, for the KAs in charge, based on extensive analysis and clear rationales
• Understanding very well sub-channel specifies (shoppers’ needs, assortment, price range…) and specific KAs for whom in charge
• Planning and follow-up of each trade marketing project from concept to implementation in KAs in charge (e.g. cooking demo, sampling, wrapping column…)
• Ensuring perfect in-store execution of trade marketing plan (assortment, merchandising, display, price, promotion, activities...)
• Measuring effectiveness of TM activities for continuous learning and adapt the plans accordingly
• Following-up with Retail sales team listing for KAs in charge and, when required, supporting them in negotiating with customers to list new items and introduce TM plan
• Being the link between Brand team and Sales team and collaborating efficiently with both departments in order to achieve results in a smooth way
• Tracking TM budget by KA and supporting brand team to track budget by brand
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Required knowledge: Good knowledge of Modern Trade channel, Excellent analytical skills, Good organization skills, Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Retailer chain and/or in same position
• Expected behaviours: Collaborative way of thinking, Long-term business thinking, Put attention to details and execution, Willing to learn, Proactivity, Analytical thinking
