Tuyển Nhân Viên Sale Admin
Mô tả công việc
- Directly handle inquiry with client/ Sale Affiliate: booking process, making quotation, daily operation solving.
- Preparing Inspector job files
- Check reports and certificates daily before approval by Section Manager.
- Inform factories/suppliers about the issuance of certificates and obtain shipping documents for certificates.
- Prepare and control Section invoicing, including all debit and credit notes and accounts.
- Send approved, final reports, certificates, and invoices to clients/affiliates or other parties as approved by Section Manager.
- Continuously update and file documents in inspection files including File Management Checklist and W/O book.
- Weekly and monthly report of invoicing and other requested financial data to Section Manager and Division Manager.
- Support the Section Manager and Division Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Manager or Division Manager
- Segments customer portfolio
- Develop account plans and action plans for the key customers
- Monitor sales targets and take corrective actions
- Retain key customers
- Collection of outstanding payments
Yêu cầu công việc
- College graduated or above
- Good communication in English
- Typing and computer skill
