Tuyển Nhân Viên Mua Hàng (Purchasing)
Mô tả công việc
- Inquire and liaise with suppliers on all new or updated quotations for all purchases.
- Source new vendors, regularly update supplier database and approved supplier list.
- Negotiate with suppliers on best terms (quality, price, delivery time, …) and conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices and negotiate
- Prepare and process POs and all related documents according to the Purchase Requisition (PR).
- Follow up the orders and expedite outstanding POs to ensure requirements (quality, quantity, delivery time) are met.
- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, store, forwarders, transporters on the timely delivery.
- Prepare all shipping documents and coordinate with forwarder on import-export shipments.
- Review and evaluate the suppliers’ performance.
- Resolve all the arising issues relating to suppliers’ performance, materials’ quality, late delivery, import-export matters, etc.
- Maintain, develop business relationships with the suppliers.
- Prepare reports periodically or when required.
- Keep and maintain documents, records sufficiently.
- Perform other duties assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Economics or Foreign Trade.
- Experience: 0-2 years’ experience in procurement
* Competencies and Skills:
- Good command in English, MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational skill, attention to detail.
- Have high sense of responsibility, honest and can work well independently and in a team.
* Working Monday to Friday (08: 00-16: 30), Break time 45 minutes
