Mô tả công việc
- Advise students and parents and provide them with information about academic programs and the school in general
- Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Implement admissions policies and procedures
- Market programs and facilities by preparing and providing informational brochures; writing and placing advertisements; answering questions; conducting tours
- Obtain applicant’s information by requesting completed application package; verifying and clarifying information; explaining admission criteria
- Coordinate with School Office and Registrar Department for assessment and enrollment process of students
- Resolve students and parents’ dissatisfactions by investigating concerns; recommending changes in service policies and procedures
- Develop effective communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students
- Prepare admissions reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Coordinate with other departments for implementation, supervision and admin administration of short-term courses
