* Business Strategy Planning
- Intensively research to identify the underlying needs and demands in Digital Marketing of enterprises in Hanoi (and surrounding cities for the future);
- Categorize enterprises into verticals that fit with solutions offered by PMax;
- Be abreast of digital marketing trends in focused verticals of PMax; constantly conduct market research to gain understandings and insights of these verticals;
- Consolidate a PnL plan for Hanoi business in 2020, a detailed action plan and be responsible for delivering the actual results;
- Synthesize an effective working process between the Hanoi team and HO in HCMC.
* Business Development
- Create and execute a plan to raise the awareness of PMax and our Performance Marketing solutions in Hanoi market;
- Build a large portfolio of clients in focused verticals of PMax (finance, e-commerce, retail, health & beauty, FMCG, etc.);
- Construct valid approaches to reach each vertical;
- Drive sales to achieve business plan;
- Oversee the business-as-usual operations of Hanoi team;
- Directly get involved in follow-ups with important clients during the execution
- Other tasks assigned by the BOD.
* Team Building
- Recruit and maintain a full-function team in Hanoi;
- Design a complete training and development roadmap for Hanoi team members, leveraging resources from HO, so that Hanoi team is well equipped with necessary expertise and skills;
- Lead team-building activities to motivate staff and retain talents.
- The one in this position reports directly to the CEO and BOD.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 5+ years of experience in management positions in business division for Business Director position (or 2+ years for Leader position)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Commerce
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Strong in numbers and analytics
- Driven, self-motivated and able to learn fast
- Experience in building a new team from scratch is a plus
- Business Development / Sales experience is a plus
- Experience in finance industry is a plus
Quyền lợi/Phúc lợi
- Monthly salary: $2,500 - $5,000, depends on seniority
- Company’s stock option plan (depending on seniority)
