Mô tả công việc
* Legislation:
- Taking responsibilities for drafting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/ or administering contractual documents of the Company.
- Directly participate in researching project documents to provide legal advice related to the new project.
- Participate in negotiation and exchange with partners of the project.
- Researching and regularly updating changes in laws and circulars related to the company's operations.
* Review of contracts:
- Review sales contracts / service contracts / construction contracts and other contracts based on performance of experts in the Committee.
- Develop contract forms, prepare documents for the Group's business activities in the projects as assigned by the Director.
- Directly involved in building contracts, drafting documents to serve the business of the Company.
* Legal advice related to business disputes
- Support other departments to deal with issues relating to customers’ complaints, queries as well as settlement disputes relating to operation of the Company.
* Other jobs directly assigned by the superiors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree: Graduated from Law University.
- Knowledge: Mastering and deeply understanding the legal provisions, especially the regulations related to business activities of the working unit.
- Experience: Having 03 years or more experience in the field of legal consultancy in F&B businesses.
- Skills: Logical thinking, general analysis, presentation, speed, reporting.
- Certificate: Lawyer training certificate and other relevant certificates.
- Fluency English.
