1. Recruitment and Selection
• Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
• Conduct interviews up to Senior Executive levels. Arrange interviews for management levels. Prepare Letter of Offer to selected candidates and Letter of Rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
• Document new employees
• Establish employee files in the HR system
• Prepare separation documents for terminated employees.
• Conduct exit interview.
2. Compensation and Benefits
• Administer benefit entitlements
• Verify and report on benefits payments
• Maintain the leave management system
• Update leave and lieu time
• Verify annual leave records
• Verify and code timesheets and hours worked
• Calculate employee salaries, deductions and contributions
• Calculate and action deductions
• Enter payroll information into the computerised accounting system
• Calculate source and miscellaneous deductions
• Process pay cheques
• Prepare and issue pay slips
• Prepare payroll reports
3. Training
• Conduct orientation program to new employees.
• Coordinate employees’ training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees.
4. Welfare
• Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
• Provide feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.
• Organise corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.
5. HR Administration
• Maintain confidential employee files.
• Review, update and maintain proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, company doctors’ list, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
• Assist Managing Director in planning and preparing annual headcount report and updating the organization chart.
• Verify annual leave records
6 Human Resource Management
• Involve in yearly manpower planning and expansion.
• Conduct interview for senior executive level.
• Assist in drafting out Annual Letter and Promotion Letter.
• Ensure the HR procedures are adhered to.
• Handle monthly payroll and yearly IR8A forms for employees
• Manage and appraise subordinates’ performance and their career advancement
• Propose year-end salary increment and bonus entitlement to Managing Director.
7. Ensure all work activities are in compliance with operational, ISO and GMP procedures and standards.

* Required skills/ knowledge/ attributes:
• Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least from 1 year experience up
• Proficient in HR matters.
• Able to communicate well with all levels of people.
• Good writing skills.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel software
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency (spoken and written) in English.

• Efficient and effective administration and management of HR policies and procedures.
• Effective use of personnel within an organization.
