Mô tả công việc
1/ Permit/License:
- Within the scope of the Legal function, prepare all necessary documents related to applications of licenses of the Company (MLM license, retail licenses, product permits, seminars and events, promotion applications, etc,...)to ensure the compliance and renewals of required licenses.
- Monthly report submission: Customer data will be submitted to the relevant ministries every month.
- Partner with other functions to submit the applications and follow up until the licenses are issued.
- Negotiations with relevant ministries and audits
2/ Contracts:
-Review contracts, provide input to contracts/agreements to correct the possible problems and ensure that all contracts/agreements are in compliance with Naturally Plus Vietnam policy and local regulations;
- Independently prepare standard contract templates for other functions.
- Keep track of and maintain list of all contracts signed.
3/ Other documents:
- Draft/review official documents of other functions that are sent out to authorities, partners, suppliers, customers, employees, etc., to ensure that the documents are in compliance with laws and represent NPVN’s best interests.
- Review and provide output on promotions and registrations of NPVN to ensure product permits, seminars and events, promotion applications, etc...are in compliance with the laws.
- Keep track of all administration documents including official letters and other documents of legal function.
4/ Regulatory compliance:
- Formulate compliance check-lists to remind and give awareness to other departments on complying internal policies and Vietnamese regulations.
- Provide training to Company employees on complying with Company’s internal policies and Vietnamese regulations.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Lawer certificate
- Good knowledge on all legal aspects, experience on MLM will be preferred, have connection with VCAA & DIT
- Word, Excel, Power Point proffiency.
- Effective management, communication and presentation skill.
- Excellence command of English.
- Able to work independently or as a team in high pressure environment.
- Others: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; Extroverted, result & customer oriented spirit; Strong inter-personal skill, self-motivated and team-work attitude.
