Mô tả công việc
- In charge of the entire operational activities and academic team.
- Ensure collaboration environment.
- Observe and evaluate teaching performance.
- Recruit and train new teachers (both Vietnamese and foreign teachers) for a good human resource guarantee.
- Orient, evaluate, select and update the curriculum.
- Devote yourself to education for doing some further researches for educational inspiration.
- Arrange proper schedules weekly and monthly for teachers and learners.
- Maintain quality policies which are initially committed to customers.
- Perpetuate and enhance business culture and intentionally overspread it.
- Team building plan for staff.
- Involve in sales and marketing strategy, willing to contribute and take responsibility for the revenue.
- Organize team meetings, company meetings to motivate staff and keep track of organization situation for distributing feedback collection and promptly practical solutions.
- Analyze, recap, assess and report directly to CEO as well as propose new recommendations and plans.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and beyond (preferably in Education or related field and TESOL is one of the advantages).
- Minimum three-year experience working in the educational environment with youth and adult in urban communities. Besides, teaching experience is preference.
- Demonstrated abilities for Communication, Teamwork, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Organization, Problem Analyzing and Solving.
- Good adaption for new ideas and modifications.
- Be sensible and welcome to social trends, evolutions and reforms.
