In charge of wide range of HR duties under HRD's guide of TH Group Like:
- Leading workforce planning in coordination
- Leading recruitment and the talent development processes and supervise staff development
- Leading policy development and program execution for employee relations, safety, welfare, wellness and engagement activities;
- Managing employee relations for entire employee life cycle and to provide solutions and training to managers and employees on people issues;
- Managing day-to-day HR operations such as performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and process improvement;
- Managing day-to-day GA operations such as procurement IT tools & stationaries, office & training center rent transaction and so on;
- Responsibility for HR compliance;
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University of Economics or Human Resources.
- 10 years experience, with minimum 3 years as HR manager in mid to large size FMCG companies.
- Problem solving, organizational skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Other requirements:
+ Very good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
+ Candidates with working experience on SAP or other ERP platform will have preference.
