I. Scope of work

Responsible for Operations activities follow the Standard Operation Process & achieve KPIs:

• Manage Daily Orders, Courier’s Status.
• Support Clients and Couriers during delivery process.
• Follow orders status on system.
• Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from Clients and couriers (via calls, email, chat, socialmedia)
• Report Operations activities and result to Operations Supervisor in the end of working day/shift.
• Improve operations daily process.
• Other tasks are assigned by line manager.

II. Responsibility

• Strictly follow Operations Standard Process.
• Ensure all order should be processed on time and correctly.
• Ensure order status should be updated on time and correctly.
• Ensure all Couriers and Clients’s issues will be solved.
