Take responsibility to set up and supervise to ensure Operations activities should be followed Standard Operations Process & hit KPI

• Manage Operations activities following Standard
• Manage Operations KPI
• Coordinate to related department to planning for operations activities and solving arising problems.
• Set up Operations weekly meeting to capture & improving operating process
• Report daily/weekly/monthly operations activities and result to manager
• Recruit and training Operation members
• Support Product team to monitor and solve system issues
• Collect all improvements and planning for implement.
• Other tasks are assigned by manager.
