Work closely and collaborate with SCG IA Office (Thailand) and coordinate with IA staff of SCG subsidiaries in Vietnam in the development and execution of annual internal audit
Perform professional internal auditing work/consultant services for the companies/operations in Vietnam. Work involves planning, managing and performing operational, financial, and compliance audit projects
Assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of controls, identifying ineffective practices, recommending measures for improvements
Monitoring the compliance in accordance with SCG IA Guideline, VN laws and regulations and business practices
Develop and execute on all components of the audit cycle for business process and IT audits, including: planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow up. In the area of IT audits, he/she will support SCG IA – IT (Thailand) to perform the tasks as needed.
Providing key input to the development of the risk assessment, audit universe and Vietnam operations’ audit plan.
Perform work in accordance with appropriate quality assurance and professional standards
Assist with developing and delivery of IA related training, best practices and communications
Attend training and development programs

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
Fresh graduated or have experience in Internal Auditor or external Auditor.
Full-time experience in auditing and/or accounting is a plus
Knowledge of VN laws and regulations, accounting standard or IT (especially SAP or local IT system) is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills. Ability to collect and analyse data, evaluate information and systems, and draw logical conclusions
Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage and meet deadlines
Able or familiar to work in a small team and remote supervisor
Prefer to have good communication in English or in Thai language is an advantage
Considerable skill in effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skill in presenting findings and recommendations.
Good interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate, influence and network
Willing to travel in VN for a short period per audit job, mostly around HCM areas and also can travel and join SCG IA Team for some audit projects in ASEAN
